Yes, you read that right! According to NASA, rebounding has greater exercise benefits than running!!!!

Whoohoo!! Right!? Exercise that is loads of fun? I'm in! Not to mention you can do it from home, inside or outside, any time of the day, and rebounders are easy to tuck away, especially if they fold in half as mine does.

I love rebounding. Between the great benefits of rebounding, the fact that it’s easy on my knees (which I damaged running), easy and convenient to do at home as well as being truly fun, rebounding is by far my favorite form of regular exercise!

I currently have a ReboundAIR which I have loved and has served me well but when it comes time to replace it I’ll be getting a rebounder from Bellicon.
