Yes, you read that right! According to NASA, rebounding has greater exercise benefits than running!!!!
Whoohoo!! Right!? Exercise that is loads of fun? I'm in! Not to mention you can do it from home, inside or outside, any time of the day, and rebounders are easy to tuck away, especially if they fold in half as mine does.
