  • Which parts of this perfect routine are non-negotiable?

  • Which parts of this perfect routine am I able to incorporate into my daily life immediately?

03// Look at your list of non-negotiable and what you can incorporate immediately and combine them into a new list.

04// This new list is your new routine! Organize the new list into an order of operation.

05// Begin implementing your new routine immediately.

06// After 1 month revisit your lists and analyze how it’s been going. Tweak what you need to tweak and if it’s been going well add in another item from your original perfect routine list.

07// Once a month look at your lists, tweak what needs to be tweaked, and add in something new if it feels right.
